Guidelines/Procedures For Personal and Property Listings

• Our site contains two separate searchable databases -- the broker/agent database and the property listings database. First create a personal login and password so you can edit or delete information at any time. Then list yourself or your company in the broker/agent database. Next complete the property listings section to include all of your sale and/or lease properties. 
  
  
• All personal and property listings entered will immediately be displayed in the website once the listing process is completed. However, all listings are subject to review and may be promptly removed at our discretion if deemed inappropriate or not in accordance with the guidelines stated herein.
  
  
• You can sign-up for as many counties as you choose to cover and will need to be listed in each county where property listings are to be displayed.
  
  
• Personal listings within the broker/agent database rotate in equal intervals, toward the top of the list, for maximum fairness on exposure. Property listings are alphabetical, A-Z by the community/city name.
  
  
• There is, however, an opportunity for additional exposure on a per county basis with Featured Listings. These listings are limited, with ONLY one residential and one commercial Featured Listing per county and cost $10/month or $100/yr. prepaid.
  Featured Listings receive the following benefits to maximize exposure in the RealtyLinks website:
  • The personal listing is oversized/highlighted and is always displayed at the top of the county list.
  • All property listings will be highlighted to stand out.
  • The personal listing will be displayed at the top of the property listings page (the only personal listing on the property listings page).
  • Listings cross-link into the Feeappraiser.com and MortgageLinks.org directory websites. When an appraiser or lender is searched in one of those two websites, a RealtyLinks.org real estate agent from the same county is listed at the top of the page.
